Eudora
Setup (Mac)
* Double click on Your Eudora Folder, Double click on Eudora Settings.
Click Ok for the Attachment error (Special note: your Eudora Folder
contains all your Eudora information, the setup, your mail, etc.
There can be several Eudora folders on one computer. There will only
be one Eudora 3.1.1 folder.)
* From Special menu select Settings 
* Type your real name. Yes, capitalize letters where appropriate.
* Type your e-mail address in the POP account. It will be your
user name
* Type your Return Address. It should be the same as your POP account
followed by @cnsp.com.
* Click on Personal Information


* Click on Hosts, the ph server should be mail.cnsp.com
* Click on Checking Mail. Notice there is a check mark on Save
Password. If there is not a check here, you will have to type a
password to receive your
mail.
* Click on Sending Mail. Be sure that Immediate send is not checked.
* Click on Attachments.
Click on the large rectangle
Click Desktop
Click Use folder.
* Click on Fonts & Display. Choose a screen and printing font.
* Click OK. You have completed the initial setup.
* From the Window menu select Signature., standard.
* Type a closing signature for your mail. You might choose to include school
address, school phone number.This signature will be placed at the bottom
of every message you send. Close the Signature window, and click Save.
Eudora Setup (Windows)
1. First, load up Eudora in Windows, Click on Tools (on the tool
bar at the top of the screen) and then Options.

2. Now, enter your specific email name information in the box labeled
POP Account in the following format with all lower case letters
and without any spaces:accountname
The box labeled Real Name is an option and will function just fine
if you choose to leave this field blank. Click the OK button.

3. Click on the Hosts icon, then enter the SMTP server address
which is mail.cnsp.comtand your pop account should be mail.cnsp.com

The setup is complete! To use Eudora (after establishing your
connection to CNSP) simply open Eudora in Windows, Click on
File on the tool
bar then click on Check Mail.

You will be prompted
to enter your password, remember that if you password is a mix
of upper/lower
case letters, that
is the
way
it must be typed in or the mail server will reject your requests.
